Nasik-based Sachin Kumawat is blessed with a gifted hand at art. Ever since his student days, the young man has been successfully honing his skill set, adept at different mediums - charcoal, acrylic, watercolour and now, with his debut solo exhibition, he dabbles for the first time in oils on canvas and the results are amazing.

Just like any other artist, Sachin too works on a series - the current one being his most inspirational, on The Buddha. Using a derived palette of hues, he infuses his works with serenity and ethos that bring forth the message of love, purity and peace - the essence of The Buddha!
Sachin focuses on the hair of The Buddha as the most sensitive feature of his paintings. Using everyday object as his tools - broomsticks, combs, etc - in addition to the brush and roller, he styles The Buddha with a regal appeal.
The artist has matured over time and his debut solo outing is testimony of his mettle. Many artists have painted The Buddha - each with their distinctive interpretation of His visage and character. Sachin’s version is symbolic of inner joy and peace; a reverence born out of love - love for the little things in life... Love for the intangible... To be cherished.
May he rise to higher standards and even mature works.
all are beautiful.
